Almost 500 m² of fenced garden, with well-kept lawn and terrace areas, stands for quality time under the open sky and harmoniously frames the building painted in timeless noble gray. On warm days, the 22 m² pool, which is easily accessible via stairs, tempts you to extended splashing or swimming sessions, which make the subsequent relaxation on one of the comfortable loungers all the more enjoyable. On the covered terrace you can sit comfortably and shaded at any time and let your gaze wander into the wonderful expanse. In the evening you may be accompanied by the heated grill, on which you cook hearty Mediterranean delicacies - so dignified a vacation day may end with pleasure!
