With the Villa "Noble 2", everyone involved in this project demonstrates an incredible sensitivity to design, taste and high standards. The villa is located not far from Rovinj, on a 450 m² large plot in the open nature at the peaceful village Bale in the west of Istria. "Noble 2" captivates above all by one thing: uniqueness. The love is in the detail, with the selection of building materials and equipment large value on the newest trends was set. The beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax, but the focus is on someone else: the beautifully landscaped outdoor pool with reclining facilities and a dining area is the eye-catcher. Perfect holiday moments are generated here! The villa itself is fully air-conditioned, equipped with the latest technology and equipped to the latest standards. Altogether up to 6 persons find place in three comfortable bedrooms, baths there are 3. Two parking lots are next to the villa. When you enter the villa, you won't be amazed anymore, that's guaranteed. On the ground floor we find the living and dining area: the exquisitely equipped kitchen is spacious and open cut. From here you have of course a terrace and pool access, so that you can jump directly after the snack into the wonderfully refreshing outdoor pool. On the first floor you can relax and find the three large bedrooms. Each room is of high quality and has been furnished with perfection and has a king-size double bed. In addition, each bedroom has a satellite TV and its own en suite bathroom, of course equipped with all the amenities for a villa holiday. Another highlight is the basement of the villa, where you will find an excellent play and relax area. In quiet hours you can let your soul dangle a little and call up evenings to play together, a great idea, this is often lost in today's age. The villa is part of the adventure camp Mon Perin, which is only 10 minutes away directly on the beach. The nice thing is that you don't even need your car to get to the crystal clear beaches: a free transfer to the camp is offered! A special service, don't you think? In the camp itself you will not only find numerous beaches, restaurants and bars, but also a wide range of entertainment in a class of its own! For example, there is a water park (Paleo-Park) with a dinosaur-shaped pool and numerous other sports facilities such as a diving centre, a riding school, a windsurfing school, bicycle rental, etc. If this is too much trouble for you, you can make yourself comfortable on the beach and convince yourself of the massage offer! All in all, you can be curious about what will follow here in the future, because Crovillas and Mon Perin still have a lot to do.
