Because the 1,400 m² large property, located in the first sea line, which you share with the residents of the two identical neighboring villas in front of and behind you, of course has other highlights in store. First and foremost, of course, is the pool, which provides you with welcome refreshment on warm days, is easily accessible via a staircase and has a shallow area for children. Comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal as well as the inviting hanging chairs, which are installed directly at your private terrace and from which you can enjoy the beautiful view while dangling. This covered area in front of your vacation villa has been given ample space in the design, so that you can simply set up completely outside during the day in the summer months. The large dining table and the small outdoor kitchen with brick charcoal grill contribute significantly to the outdoor comfort. If you want to go directly to the sea in between times, you have direct access to the beach from the area, which here consists of a grass or concrete section. The cleverly designed interior of the building with its bright blue shutters is trendy and cozy. 42 m² of living space are at your disposal in your house by the sea and accommodate everything you need for everyday vacation: A cozy sofa (usable as a sofa bed for a guest) is just as missing here as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for your perhaps planned self-catering. Two air-conditioned, stylish bedrooms - one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, one with a bunk bed - are available for your nightly rest.
