The well-kept grounds cover an area of 1,200 m² and offer you wonderful places to rest and relax. A highlight is of course the 52 m² saltwater pool with hydro massage and integrated Jacuzzi. From the comfortable loungers you can enjoy the fantastic view and finally leave everyday life far behind you. Another attractive feature is the lounge at the front of the pool, where you can sit in the shade on warm days and shelter from the wind on windy evenings. For communal meals you can use the large dining table on the covered terrace. Here you have pleasantly short ways into the house and at the same time to the outdoor kitchen and the electric grill. The house, which is spread over two floors and 339 m², offers you a trendy style and several amenities. The wooden floor and the sensitively arranged natural tones in combination with the Mediterranean light coming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows create a simply magical atmosphere. On the first floor you will find the spacious, extremely cozy living area with fireplace, which is openly connected to the dining area. From here it goes smoothly into the ultra-modern kitchen, which incidentally offers you a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine. A practical guest toilet and a game room - equipped with Playstation and pool table - are also located on this floor. In addition, there is a bedroom for two and a bathroom en suite. The upper floor has four more double bedrooms - two with double beds, two with two single beds each and all with bathroom en suite - ready for you. All bedrooms of the villa are fully air-conditioned, have their own TV and access to the garden or balcony. For the little ones you can get a baby crib.
