On the terraces, which are partly covered and equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, you can enjoy your vacation days and let your soul dangle. At the heated pool with its adjoining sun terrace, comfortable loungers under the Mediterranean sky are available for extended chilling out in a stylish ambience. In the evening, the barbecue will surely tempt you to one or the other culinary barbecue, a nice dining table is ready for sociable evenings. The villa consists of four separate apartments, which offer 40 to 100 m² of living space and are distributed on the ground and second floor. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area can be shared in the house. The living area also provides an opportunity to spend indoor time together - perhaps watching a good movie or simply having a lively conversation while enjoying the beautiful view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior is straightforward and leaves plenty of room to breathe and unfold freely. Striking is the aesthetic color scheme and the skillful use of decoration, which is not intrusive here at any point, but on the contrary gives the appealing furniture an additional elegant touch. On the first floor there are two similar apartments, 55 and 60 m² in size, each with a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (for two more people), a double bedroom with integrated bathtub and a bathroom. The 40 m² apartment on the upper floor has its own entrance and also its own kitchen and living room. In the double bedroom an extra bed can be placed for one more person traveling with you. A bathroom completes this accommodation unit. Another part of the upper floor as well as the gallery is taken up by the fourth apartment, which covers a whole 100 m². On the second floor there is a large living room, a kitchen as well as a dressing room and a bedroom plus a separate bathroom, in the gallery there is a second bedroom plus a bathroom. Our conclusion: an exclusive property that is simply great for group and family travel!
