The view from here wanders over a magnificent landscape radiating tranquility. Only a few steps and a small staircase separate the house from the beautiful pool area, which also includes a sun-protected lounge corner. Refreshment is provided by the 32 m² pool, filled with skin-pampering salt water and easily accessible via a staircase, which can be heated for you if necessary. You'll find outstanding panoramic chill-out spots on the loungers provided! A brick charcoal grill is already waiting for you to fill it with Mediterranean delicacies. Large floor tiles, bright walls and ceilings, aesthetic furniture, decorative lighting - inside this air-conditioned, light-flooded villa you will find contemporary, simply elegant comfort to feel good. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you will have a beautiful view of the nature and Motovun even from the inside. The living-dining room is large and open: Various seating zones offer inviting options for relaxing indoor stays, fireplace and flat-screen TV provide entertainment and comfort. A highlight here is the billiard table, which stands quite unconventionally in the middle of the room. This communal area opens into the modern kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, where you can cater for yourself and spend a completely self-sufficient vacation. For the fragrant coffee in the morning or in between you can even choose between filter coffee machine or Nespresso capsule machine. Further entertainment and fun offers you the game room with foosball table and dartboard. A guest toilet and completes the room offer on the first floor. An open staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the four super nice double bedrooms. Each has a chic en suite bathroom with underfloor heating - the two rooms with double beds each have a bathroom with shower and bathtub, the other two have a bathroom with shower. From two bedrooms you have access to the balcony, where a particularly beautiful view awaits you.
