A holiday in Paradise: Only a few meters separate the prestigious villa "Jasmin" from the sea and the crystal-clear water, which makes the local coastline and the location of this residence so incomparably attractive. The detached, cubic-looking house offers on all three floors an all-round stylish ambience that probably does not lack any of the comforts expected with a luxury holiday. To get to the shoreline to relax on the beach and bathe, there is a short private footpath. Far away from mass tourism, you can enjoy your privacy and possibly still meet other holidaymakers from the neighbourhood at the shore enjoying the relaxation. If you want a change from bathing in the sea, you can take a dip in the private pool or Jacuzzi - and for a short cooling off, the outdoor shower also serves as a good option. The landscaped terraced at the side of the house with dining area is enthroned gloriously above sea level, which relaxes your mind and soul in preparation for a delicious barbecue to celebrate in the evening in the area at the stone oven grill. The villa itself on closer inspection turns out to be a small miracle package on several levels. You enter the building via Level 0, which houses a fantastic sea view bedroom with en suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Only 9 steps higher you reach level 1: Here you will find two more bedrooms, which share a balcony and bathroom. On this level you will also find a fully styled kitchen including cooking island and a stylish table with benches - this is where indoor communal dining can take place. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with an open air dining area. On Level 2 is the living room, which as well as comfortable relaxing furniture has three exits to the outside - allowing you to you swing back and forth between outside and inside using the inviting relaxing areas! However the best is left until last and that is Level 3 where the spa area can be found, which forms its own zone, accessible only via the outdoor terrace offering a sauna, another bath, an extra kitchen with dining table and TV, a treadmill, a massage table and a smaller washroom. In front of the spa area is the pool and the jacuzzi, of course, there are also deckchairs. The villa offers LED TV, Internet access (WiFi) and air conditioning in all rooms. The particularly generous amenities in combination with the division of the living space of 290 m² is an absolute highlight, creating a high degree of privacy and emphasising the uniqueness of this property. Something is different in the two local houses than in most other villas in Croatia. Apart from the incomparable sea view location, the villa offers an absolutely unique service, so that you can enjoy very special experiences during your luxury holiday in Dalmatia. From a seemingly endless range of possibilities: from the convenient pick-up from the airport, the private chef or butler or organised trips - for example, to the waterfalls of Krka or other national parks -, boat trips, jet skiing, bungee jumping, skydiving and child care to a private DJ, yoga, massages and other spa treatments. The region of Dalmatia, which is especially popular with Croatian connoisseurs, presents itself in many facets and can certainly be described as a small paradise. Explore the beautiful coastal towns and the rich east coast of the Adriatic, as well as the mountain massifs of Velebit and the Dinardines, the clear rivers, waterfalls and lakes in the west. Zadar, just over half an hour's drive from the villa in Posedarje, offers a lively old town complex located on a peninsula separate from the New Town. In Posedarje itself there is a supermarket, where you will find everything for your daily needs.
