Area and is especially aimed at families and peace-seeking vacationers. An imposing building in two-story construction welcomes its guests in friendly tones and appealing architecture. The outdoor area around the house impresses with lush lawns and terraces. On the covered terrace at the pool house a chic table for up to ten people has place. You can enjoy a BBQ here, for example, the grill integrates here totally coherent with the existing outdoor kitchen. Directly at the residential house you can sit down relaxed in the lounge and sip your favorite drink with a wonderful view. If you step down a few steps from this terrace, you will reach the inviting 54 m² (and heatable if required) saltwater pool, which is framed by an area equipped with stylish loungers. Incidentally, the pool house houses a wine bar with a premium selection, plus a sauna and Jacuzzi - leaving nothing to be desired, right? Children traveling with you can let off steam in the garden playground, and a table tennis table might get young and old into action in one or two matches. The interior design of the house is not only very stylish and modern, but in itself completely coherent. In accordance with modern living philosophy of (semi) open spaces, the living, dining and kitchen areas, which are equipped with floor-to-ceiling window elements, merge into each other in a visually appealing way. The living zone is furnished with an anthracite-colored seating set - nice and comfortable for a casual evening of watching TV on the LCD TV. Next door is the super chic and fully equipped kitchen in black and yellow style, with clear, decorative wood accents and trendy cooking island, which is not only practical but also serves as a clever room divider. Very nicely integrated is the dining area with its large table and design chairs. The noble-modern style of the house is effectively underlined with discreet decorative items such as the unique lamps or the wall art. The first floor described here also features a bedroom and an en suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms and four en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with safe, TV and heating. In these rooms, too, numerous details emphasize the tasteful comfort, which is certainly a plaisir for the guest with demands in design and aesthetics. In the region of Svetvinčenat you can fully immerse yourself in the flair of Istria! Here you will find a unique combination of untouched nature, beautiful beaches and cultural and historical monuments. In several valleys and on hills you will find villages with beautiful views. In the medieval town of the same name - about 10 km from the villa - tourism has come to life only in recent years, thanks to various cultural events that take place in a very interesting historical setting. In Fazana (about 20 km) you will find attractive beaches and parks, recreational and sports facilities, a variety of restaurants and a beautiful promenade by the sea. From the nature park "Cape Kamenjak" you are separated by 34 km; enjoy there vast areas with lots of green nature, dreamlike bays, exciting hiking and biking trails.
