The newly built villa "Dalmacija I", part of the beautiful Villen Resort near Sukosan, combines modern architecture - straight-clear design and smoothly plastered white facade surfaces - with a very attractive holiday comfort both outdoors and indoors. The chic building with a living space of 190 m² has been positioned on the privately used property in such a way that dreamlike view spots are created. From these you have an unforgettable view over the landscape which runs quite evenly here up to the sea. Several seating areas, partly covered and with comfortable furniture, surround the house. From them you can greet the day in the morning. In the evening you may say goodbye to the sun at sunset with a hearty barbecue and a favourite drink. An additional highlight is the approximately 30 m² pool, which provides cooling at any time of day, and an outside shower. The loungers placed around the pool offer an unrestricted feeling of relaxation on the cool cobblestones. We find: an attractive location with a fair price, which is also great for a family holiday in Dalmatia. The interior also presents itself clearly and stylishly in harmony with the design of the outdoor area and will certainly fully satisfy your requirements. Modern aesthetics determine the open floor plan, which cleverly combines living room, dining room and kitchen. Many windows and clever lighting create a harmonious atmosphere, which is complemented by harmonious brown and cream tones, which in turn quickly create a feeling of well-being. So you will probably forget in no time that you are a guest and quickly feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen with central counter makes the deliberately chosen self-catering easy even for a larger travel group. The four double rooms - each with its own bathroom - offer unpretentious comfort to all fellow travellers, one on the ground floor, the others on the top. Each bedroom also offers the option of direct access to the balcony or pool terrace. So you have equivalent "rooms with a view" with the possibility of counting the stars or being awakened by the first rays of the sun. Nearby Sukosan is famous for its beautiful stretches of sea and one of the largest marinas in the Adriatic - Zlatna Luka. The beach there is ideal for families with children, as it slopes gently into the sea. Local restaurants and konobas offer a wide range of culinary delights. Zadar, about 16 km away, has almost 80,000 inhabitants and offers an ideal combination of sightseeing and culture, beach and leisure. The "Fun Park Mirnovec" is located about 15 km from your holiday residence and offers special adrenaline experiences. All three national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica) are within a radius of 30 km. So boredom has no chance!
