The beautiful 200-year-old house is located in the hamlet of Kamenjari, with a population of only three inhabitants. Seeing as it was the first house to be built in the village, it boasts the best location. All the other houses were built later and are located behind the Villa Country Lady, so that you can have complete privacy and enjoy the peace and quiet you are looking for on a holiday. Located at the foot of gorgeous green hills, the Villa is surrounded by untouched nature, clean air and offers an unbeatable view of the Kvarner Bay and the Island of Cres. The view will take your breath away. You will find yourself mesmerized by the green of the trees melting into the blue of the sea. The Villa was renovated in 2017. Care was taken to preserve its original charm, but also to provide maximum comfort. The house is built using mostly stone and wood, furnished by hand-made furniture, and decorated with family heirlooms. The house has three floors with the total area of 165 square meters. On the ground floor there is a large cellar (konoba), which includes the kitchen and a fireplace, a large dining table and a toilet (in a separate space). The first floor includes the master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen/living room, and a terrace. The attic space includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other two single beds, which can be turned into a twin bed. All bedrooms and living rooms have air-conditioning, wi-fi, and TV sets with satellite channels. The Villa features 1000 square meters of surrounding area, including a 32-square meter salt water swimming pool, gardens with Mediterranean plants, a children’s playground and a gazebo with barbecue equipment. You will find everything you need here, and if staying with children, you can relax in a long chair by the pool, enjoying the smell of lavender and rosemary, and still have an eye on the kids as they play. The garden also has a small recently planted orchard. Why not pick a fresh fruit right off the tree? If you’re up for some recreation and competition, a ping pong table is located underneath an old oak tree.
