If you are planning a family vacation and are looking for proximity to the sea, comfort and family-friendliness, Villa Coralis is the perfect choice! Not only do you live here in an urban setting, with excellent infrastructure and close to the sea, but you also enjoy a high level of aesthetics and quality furnishings. Your vacation property is 450 m² in size, completely enclosed and offers plenty of attractions for young and old. The highlight is, of course, the 47 m² pool, which can be easily accessed via a wide staircase and can even be heated on request. You can celebrate your sunbaths on the comfort loungers provided. A great summer kitchen with gas grill would like to entice you to simply stay outside completely on warm days and cater to your needs. From the dining area you have a beautiful view to the sea. Trampoline and soccer goals counteract any hint of boredom. Huge glass sliding elements open and extend your sun terrace to the living-dining area and make the transition from outdoor to indoor totally smooth. On the cozy sofa (which can also be used as a couch bed) in front of the XXL TV screen you will find a wonderful spot for lazy hours in the house. The way to the dining table is very short - and from here it goes openly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you can conjure up your vacation menus. Cooking island and bar stools give this area a sociable character as well. For restful nights, there are three elegant, air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a chic en suite bathroom and private TV. A guest toilet, where you will also find a washing machine, completes the attractive room offer of this villa by the sea, which, by the way, can be completely heated under the floor, so that you can also spend comfortable times here outside the summer season.
