This complex is the right place for you if privacy, a quiet environment, a beautiful sea view and a luxurious ambience are on your list of must-haves. The well-kept area covers an area of 1,200 m² and offers you wonderful places to rest and relax. In total, the complex consists of two side-by-side villas, Misto I & Misto II. A highlight are of course the two 52 m² saltwater pools with hydro massage and integrated Jacuzzi. From the comfortable loungers you can enjoy the fantastic view and finally leave everyday life far behind you. Another attractive feature is the lounge at the front of the pool, which you will find in both outdoor areas, where you can sit in pleasant shade on warm days and sheltered from the wind on windy evenings. For communal meals you can use the large dining table on the covered terraces. Here you have pleasantly short ways into the house and at the same time to the outdoor kitchen and the electric grill. Through both houses you have a total living space of 623 square meters, where you can spend a fun vacation with a total of 18 people. The wooden floors and the sensitively arranged natural tones in combination with the Mediterranean light coming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows create a simply magical atmosphere. On the first floor of each house you will find the spacious, extremely cozy living area with fireplace, which is openly connected to the dining area. From here it goes smoothly into the ultra-modern kitchen, which incidentally offers you a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine. A practical guest toilet is also located on this floor. In addition, there is a bedroom for two and a bathroom en suite. Villa Misto II has three more double bedrooms upstairs - two with twin beds, one with a double bed and access to the balcony, all with en suite bathrooms. Villa Misto I, on the other hand, has four more double bedrooms - two with double beds, two with two single beds each and all with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms of the villas are fully air-conditioned and have their own TV. For the little ones you can get a baby crib. You can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the sea on both floors of these special aesthetic villas.
