The stunning Villa "Bonassini" is characterised by its compact structure with two-storey central buildings, made from natural sand coloured materials, which have been painted white to create a modern look. One highlight is the beautifully designed outdoor area with the 36 sqm private pool surrounded by wooden terrace for sunbathing, as well as the separately laid out covered terrace of 45 sqm under which there is a comfortable summer kitchen with BBQ. Here a massive dining table seats up to 8 people and offers a comfortable area for a relaxed barbecue evening with friends, guests and family. The designer lounge furniture is also ideal also for just enjoying a relaxing time. Inside the trendy villa there are 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the double bedrooms are on the upper floor of the central building and can be reached via a large wooden staircase. The bedrooms are very generously sized and leave enough space for your holiday wardrobe. Each bedroom has been furnished to a high modern standard; each bedroom has air conditioning and an LCD TV. In addition to sleeping, these rooms also allow you the opportunity to retreat into your own space. The two bathrooms are equipped either with a large corner bathtub or a walk-in shower area. The third double bedroom is on the ground floor level. This bedroom also has its own shower room and a LCD TV and air conditioning. There is a separate guest WC with a shower on this level also. The large living area is open plan, but with the obvious functional areas. The large dining area adjoins the open kitchen. The living area with the extravagant sofa shares the view of the open fireplace and two functional areas, so that the dinner can be prepared and enjoyed together. With the use of natural materials such as the bright floor tiles set off by red natural stone, the visible wooden beam ceiling or the natural tone of the smoothly plastered walls, the entire living area acquires a natural, pure and distinctly comfortable charm of a modern country house. For your personal comfort, the built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, cooker and hot plates, toaster, coffee machine, blender and much more. On the ground floor level there is a small library area, an office area with WIFI connection, a wine cellar and a storage room. Last but not least, we would like to take a closer look at the small fitness area of the villa: aside of the sauna and a fitness corner, there is a large round Jacuzzi available - pure relaxation. Perfect for when you return from your day trips of Istria. The modern villa "Bonassini" is located on a resort-like property with a total of 6 exclusive villas. Each of the individually designed houses is located on a sufficiently large plot with its own pool area with modern garden landscape, to preserve the privacy of its guests. At the same time the guests of the 6 villas have access to a sports facility park for beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football and much more. For the younger guests there is a secure children's playground. If you do not always want to cook yourself, visit one of the beautiful Konobas in Vodnjan or Svetvinčenat, which are just 9 km away. "Konoba” in Croatia means cellar and stands for small restaurants for sociable meetings, eating, drinking wine, talking and connecting over discussions. In the local Konobas, you can taste fresh fish, the best regional meat, regional vegetables and sinful desserts in a sociable atmosphere. Excursions to the town of Pula only 20 km away with its rarely preserved amphitheatre and many other historical sights are highly recommended as well as a visit to the natural park on the island Brijuni.
