Have breakfast by the pool in the morning with a view of the green and to the chirping music of the birds, have a siesta in the pavilion's daybed at noon, go to the harbour town in the afternoon or evening and stroll around - no wonder that this bird house is so popular! A large covered terrace with a great outdoor kitchen, a solid wooden table and a view of the pool and garden makes you think of an African lodge - a dream! You can also gently indulge in total relaxation on the wonderfully comfortable loungers, which you can simply roll to your personal favourite place according to your own taste. From there you just get up to get a cool supply of drinks or glide down the wide pool stairs into the cool water. The quiet, oasis-like and wonderfully spacious garden provides an additional recreational factor, keeps up its own motto with the many cute birdhouses - and offers an extraordinary sports equipment with table tennis, football and volleyball court as well as basketball basket. There are also five mountain bikes at your disposal free of charge - discover Istria by bike! The villa itself exudes a very cosy charm that can be rediscovered in every room. Instead of the very dark woods frequently used in Mediterranean regions, you will find delicate brown and cream tones that perfectly match the lightness that you can experience in this house. Modern art, courageously arranged contrasts - for example the trendy industrial lamps to antique bread baking utensils made of wood - form real eye-catchers and make the interior of the villa absolutely incomparable. And the two or three little birds fluttering in the house are no joke, but function as living namesakes in the Birdsvilla. Cooking and eating together, reading together in the evenings, sitting by the old fireplace stove (alternatively you can adjust the temperature of the living area to suit your needs via air conditioning) - here everything can take place in one room, after all you go on holiday together. The villa also has two beautiful, bright bedrooms, each with double beds. A wooden staircase leads to the small, open upper floor, where five beds are waiting for the little passengers. The three bathrooms of the house - two en suite, the third a practical guest toilet - continue the style of the other rooms in the most pleasant way. Our conclusion: a great house for a family holiday in Istria. Vacation days at a bird sanctuary and near the sea - it's almost like the famous needle in a haystack! In the villa "Birdshouse" it's possible! In photogenic Rovinj you are spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, because here you will find LIDL and DM as well as the corresponding Croatian chains Plodine or Konzum. Otherwise, the small town with its narrow medieval alleys and Mediterranean cordiality knows how to convince. A little extra: Only 2 km away from the villa the restaurant "Mofardin" attracts with typical Croatian dishes. Here the guests get a discount of 10%.
