You would like to spend a family holiday in Croatia, preferably in a spacious house - and you would like to leave the rental car as often as possible. A house in the country is therefore too secluded for you. What to do? We have something for you: The modern, family-friendly villa "Bellavista" with its pretty shutters is located in the village, only 400 m away from the nearest beach as the crow flies. Premantura welcomes you with Mediterranean flair when you step out of the front door, but on the other side of the same door you enjoy your privacy. Also in the open air: On the beautiful covered terrace you can enjoy freshly grilled delicacies at a large table; on the other side of the house the 30 m² pool lures you to cool refreshment and enjoyable relaxation under Croatia's sun. An outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi complete the outdoor water fun - here no boredom comes up! For the little ones there is even a swing. Practically, the area is completely fenced, so your children are always safe. Modern, but not undercooled, but provided with a lot of homely wood and totally cosy it is in your home for a while, which offers with 400 m² real spaciousness. Harmonious colours - brown, white, cream - create a cosy atmosphere, which is supported by the rustic-trendy furniture. The rooms are on two levels. The ground floor of the villa houses the modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. In addition to the comfortable sofas, the living room has a fireplace, LCD TV via satellite, a DVD player, a stereo system and WLAN Internet. A sauna with bath is a treat for all wellness enthusiasts. On the upper floor you have the choice between six discreetly furnished bedrooms (five with double beds, one with two single beds), all with chic bathrooms en suite. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and LCD TV. Thanks to hot and cold air conditioning, the house is comfortable to live in all year round. You will find everything you need for a perfect everyday holiday in the pedestrian area: Pure nature, beautiful restaurants, shopping possibilities. South of Premantura extends Cap Kamenjak - a 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide natural landscape with 30 km of coastline: here you will find rocky beaches, sandy bays and turquoise sea. Pula, the largest city in Istria, is about 12 km from the villa. Beautiful day trips to Rovinj or Porec are not only possible because of the good motorway connection. If you want to visit the only Istrian National Park, you can take the ferry from Fazana to the Brijuni Islands.
