The two-storey villa "Avena", built in typical Istrian stone construction, is a very enchanting holiday domicile in the country house style, which offers up to 8 holidaymakers modern comfort in a great rural, infrastructurally well developed environment. The stone villa with beautiful mullioned windows and wooden shutters is situated on a private plot in a residential area in one of the 54 villages belonging to the central Istrian municipality of Višnjan. Small walls decorate and frame the beautiful property with a fabulous view over the gently green hills and the surrounding vineyards. From one of the three balconies there is even a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, from which the villa is only 11 km away and which can therefore be reached quickly by rental car. You can easily park your rental car under the carport in the courtyard. The Villa "Avena" is optimally designed for your needs as a larger travel group - preferably with children. In the ground floor area there is the beautiful living room by the open stone fireplace with the chic sofa landscape in a captivating colour combination of grey and orange, consisting of two large sofas and two orange high backs, on which the whole group can spend a convivial evening in the brightly designed rooms. A large covered terrace offers a great outdoor dining area. Adjacent to the living area is the large dining area, which also has another terrace. Open to the dining room is the kitchen with its trendy dark fronts in country house style. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine and much more for your comfort. On this level there is also a guest toilet for general use and one of the comfortable 4 bedrooms. This is perfectly equipped with an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower and its own small terrace leading to the courtyard and overlooking the beautiful pool with sun terrace and numerous sun loungers. The other bedrooms are on the upper floor and can be reached by stairs. 2 double bedrooms share a large terrace with a wonderful view of the green surroundings and a bathroom with bath. The 3rd bedroom on this level has an en-suite shower room and its own small balcony, also with a pretty view of the pool, which will also give you a nice phase of privacy during your trip. The common areas are equipped with beautiful old ceramic tiles, which come particularly well by the white walls of the light-flooded areas and the visible wooden beams to the Geltung. The great and spacious sleeping areas are each fitted with a warm wooden floor. Further villas can be found in this residential area. However, your privacy is preserved in the best way, since the property is very beautifully surrounded by Mediterranean plants and small quarry stone walls. In this pretty residence area there is a children's playground available, which provides variety and a lot of fun for your children. The landscape around Višnjan is very idyllic. The historical place, which is surrounded by numerous legends and true stories, is situated on a small hill with very beautiful sights such as the old town square surrounded by medieval walls (which is rightly the pride of the place) or the 27 m high bell tower, which is considered to be the landmark of the place. From the stone fountain in the village you have a unique panoramic view over the beautiful landscape and the Istrian villages to the sea. With a rental car you can reach the beautiful surrounding villages very quickly and you will quickly feel just as we do that you love to come home to the Villa "Avena" again and again during your holiday.
