The baroque Church of St. Euphemia from 1725 with its valuable furnishings and Venetian-style bell tower is one of Rovinj's most visited attractions.

The Franciscan Monastery in Baroque style, inaugurated in 1750, features an interesting monastic library full of rare books and a museum where many sacred art objects can be admired.
Around the city, you can still see remnants of the seven city gates, of which two can still be admired in their original form today: The Gate of the Holy Cross, the city gate under the wall, and the city gate of St. Benedict. Just outside the city, you should definitely check out the Castle on the Island of St. Andrew, which originated from an old Benedictine abbey.

A special Rovinj attraction is the Zlatni Rt Nature Park, considered the first protected forest in Istria. Here you can admire many different types of trees (such as pines, cedars, or cypresses).

Val de Lesso – Borik is one of the most popular family beaches about 2.5 km outside of Rovinj. It is also accessible for wheelchair users.
