There are several ways to book your desired holiday home: You can send us an email, book directly on the holiday home page, or, if you already have an offer from us, book via the link in the email. All you need are your personal details. Please only book when all questions within your travel group or with us have been fully clarified!

With a non-binding inquiry, we send you a concrete offer by email, which you can then book bindingly. When you click on "BOOK NOW," we immediately forward your booking request to the holiday home owner after entering your personal details and send you the final booking confirmation after their approval.

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve a period without a binding booking. Unlike a hotel, a holiday home has only one availability for your period. The owner relies on having the best possible occupancy, so the rule is: first come, first served. Our tip: Clarify everything within your group and come to us with any questions about the property. Once all uncertainties are resolved, you can book with confidence.

An important point: Please speak to us if you have any uncertainties! Each holiday home has flexible arrival days and minimum stays.

On www.crovillas.com, you can enter your desired period and await the result. Each holiday home also has its own booking calendar, which you can find at the bottom of the respective holiday home page. There you will find all the necessary information such as arrival days and minimum stay.

Generally, most holiday homes are only bookable weekly (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday during the period from June to September!

We strive to make as many guests as possible happy and keep the occupancy of our holiday homes as accurate as possible. Normally, the calendar is up to date. We work with direct interfaces to the owner, which keep our booking calendars current, but technical overlaps or time delays can always occur. Therefore, we always work on request, meaning the owner must give their OK to the booking after your booking. This is for your safety. If an owner cannot confirm, we always resolve this special case to your benefit, no one has to miss out on their holiday home.

This means that the holiday home is registered for 6 people, but only 4 regular sleeping places (in the form of beds) are available. The additional +2 people must either sleep on a sofa or in an extra bed (provided the owner has one).

No. Each holiday home has a rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism, which specifies a maximum number of people. The holiday home is registered with this occupancy number. A violation can lead to you having to leave the house. Please only arrive with the correct number of people.

At Crovillas, pets are warmly welcome! For us, pets are also guests whom we want to make as comfortable as possible. Therefore, we have included pets in our search filter alongside adults, children, and babies (pets must be specified in any case!). There are pet-friendly owners, owners who accept pets for an additional cleaning fee, but also allergy-friendly holiday homes where pets are not allowed. In case of doubt, just ask our care staff.

Upon arrival at the holiday home, you must leave a deposit with the owner or manager in cash at check-in. The amount of the deposit varies and will be communicated to you during the booking process. It serves as security for any damages.

We maintain a good relationship with the holiday home owners, all are cooperative and friendly. A deposit is not a "penalty," but is intended to encourage responsible handling of the inventory. The holiday homes and their furnishings are very expensive, the deposit is very low in comparison. Of course, something can always break, like dishes or a vase. In such cases, no owner will withhold the deposit. If you behave properly, you will receive the full deposit back.

You will receive the exact address of the holiday home once you have settled the remaining payment, at the latest 5 weeks before the start of the trip. The contact person on site with a mobile number will also be provided, who will welcome you at the holiday home.

After booking, you will first receive a booking confirmation by email with all relevant information about your booking up to that point: your chosen travel period, the total price, payment due dates, cancellation conditions, and important contact information. The rest will follow, as described above, once your remaining payment has been received by us.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The amount must be received by us as a single sum under the purpose of use specified by us. Please coordinate before booking, the person who books will also receive the payment requests.

The remaining payment of 70% of the total price is due no later than 5 weeks before the start of the trip. We will remind you by email about the remaining payment and inform you about the various payment methods. You will be informed about all possible payment modalities and guided by us. You can choose a payment method for the remaining payment, just like for the deposit. It is not necessary to choose the same payment method as for the deposit! The receipt of the remaining payment will be confirmed by us via email.

The deposit for a holiday home is 30% of the total price. It is due within 7 days after we have confirmed your booking. You can choose which payment method you want to use (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card) during the booking process. You will receive all instructions and payment details in your booking confirmation and will be guided by us through this process. Once the deposit has been received by us, you will receive a deposit confirmation. If you have any questions about the payment process, you can of course contact us at any time.

A voucher code can only be used for bookings made after the announcement of the promotion and within the promotion period. Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the voucher to bookings that were completed before the promotion was published. We understand that it can be frustrating if a promotion starts shortly after your booking, and we regret that we cannot apply the voucher retroactively in such cases. Please understand that this regulation is necessary to ensure fair conditions for all customers.

Please plan your arrival so that you are at the holiday home punctually at 4 PM on the day of check-in! Our cleaning team needs several hours to make the property and the holiday home spotlessly clean before you arrive. However, a quick call to our local contact person can give you an assessment of whether an earlier check-in is possible.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Our cleaning team will prepare the property and the holiday home after your departure to offer the next guests a clean and cozy home. Please plan your departure so that you check out just before 10 AM.

If you are arriving late, please contact the host directly. All contact details have already been provided to you, and he is available at any time on the day of arrival. Don't worry, he will welcome you in the holiday home even late in the evening.

Yes, it is absolutely necessary to show a valid ID. This is for two reasons:

• Border crossing: Without a valid ID document, you cannot pass the Croatian border crossings.
• Registration with the Tourist Board: Every guest must be registered with the Croatian Tourist Board.

IMPORTANT: The tourist tax (sojourn tax) has not been included in the total price since 2018! This must be paid on-site to the holiday home manager.

Some search engines and navigation providers have difficulty locating addresses correctly. No problem, we will send you the exact coordinates of the holiday home by email. You can simply copy these from the travel information and enter them into your smartphone or navigation system. The coordinates of the holiday home are 100% reliable.
