At the same time, you can imagine yourself in a quiet and natural location, enjoying the privacy and the gentle green of the hills and vineyards surrounding this fantastic villa. The white, two storey villa offers 420 sqm of considerable living space. On the ground floor are the common living areas, a large living area with fireplace and adjoining, open dining area. In the comfortable kitchen area of 30 sqm with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, ice machine, filtered water, toaster, grill, blender, bar mixer, kettle, coffee and espresso machine) there is a small breakfast table for the early risers. The ground floor with an area of 240 sqm offers beside the entrance a business corner with small library it also hosts a wine shop with selected wines. After the sauna you can enjoy the amazing views of the old town of Vrbnik the Adriatic Sea and the Kvarner Bay. It is a real experience especially on a warm summer night. On the outside of the villa you can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding nature, the location and the coastal landscape. The house has a 230 sqm large wooden terrace with numerous seating areas for relaxing. Palm trees are integrated into the terraces with the huge, heated pool of 15 x 6 m. Loungers along the poolside and offer additional relaxation possibilities.
