With the charming villa "Prunella" we present you a lovely country house in a class of its own, located in one of the villages full of character on the Istrian peninsula. Places and areas like these are the reason that people often talk about Istria as "the new Tuscany", which of course can only be taken as a compliment. Thus, this authentic, sophisticated and lovingly furnished country house fits perfectly into the gentle harmony of the surrounding nature, which is characterized by forests and vineyards. The place and the surrounding area thus exude a wonderful tranquility. The small village of Radici is located about 3 km from the small town of Sveti Lovrec. Sveti Lovrec, like many Istrian towns, has a long history and a period of occupation behind it, which often left traces in the form of historical imposing buildings. There are some stores, restaurants and what you need for daily needs. All this in front of a pretty, still small-town backdrop, far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. At the same time the beautiful stone villa "Prunella" is located only 17 km from Porec or Pazin. Porec is a tourist town that offers a well-balanced entertainment program and has something for everyone. Nestled between the sea and pine forests, you should definitely visit Porec for shopping, strolling or going out. Pazin, the administrative center of Istria and therefore also called the "Heart of Istria", offers beautiful scenery as well as natural attractions such as the "Pazin Cave", an epic place below sea level and inspiration of the novels of Jules Verne. Rovinj, the jewel of the Istrian peninsula, is a medieval town with an Italian character that is hard to beat for beauty. This place can also be reached in 25 km by rental car. On this journey of discovery through the untouched beauty of central Istrian nature, Villa "Prunella" offers you an adequate, sophisticated and very comfortable travel home. This house is dedicated to the Istrian tradition of stone construction, taking into account the modern country house style. The two-storey villa with dark green wooden shutters is invitingly situated in a pretty garden, which is Mediterranean in style. As you tread the shallow steps leading up to the house, the natural stone-paved path leads between small walls and oleanders and other lush plants to the entryway. The natural stone terrace lining the pool and the two terraces on the first floor offer a wonderful view of the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. One of the terraces is located directly at one of the 4 bedrooms of the house. In addition to its own terrace, the cozy bedroom with the warm wooden floor also has an en-suite shower room. The second terrace is covered and located next to the large eat-in kitchen with dining table. Also here is an outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meals well together out here overlooking the pool. By the pool is another covered and paved space with an open fireplace, which can also be used as a BBQ. So you prepare meals either on the grill or in the fully equipped chic white country kitchen, which is set off with wood. This has a stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and much more. The great ceramic tile floor with antique character is in the kitchen with large white dining table for up to 8 people and also in the cozy living room with the 2 striped sofas to rest and relax. In the evening, in front of the open fireplace, this place invites you to chat among friends or to spend an evening playing board games. For a whimsical TV evening there is an LCD TV, which has satellite TV reception. On the upper floor of the villa there are three more bedrooms. All extremely cozy, these rooms exude a soothing atmosphere. This may be contributed by the wooden floors or the walls, some of which are softly painted in delicate shades of yellow. Certainly, the metal bedsteads and white wooden furniture also intensify the relaxed impression. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and an adjacent balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom accessible from both rooms and each has access to a shared balcony. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, and should it get too warm, an air condtion is available in the rooms.
