The charming vacation domicile "Jasmin Labin" is located on 3,500 m² of land, which - as we find - can really be seen in terms of versatility. The chic building is by no means overdone on the wonderfully green grounds, but without failing to exude a certain stately aura that is hard to resist. Spacious lawns dominate the picture, decoratively interspersed with trees and hedges and, of course, the pool, which forms the heart of the garden and will be just as tempting for those who want to swim a few laps in peace and quiet as for those who long for a hearty cool down after a match at the table football or table tennis table. You can casually glide down the stairs into the pool, which can be up to 1.50 m deep, and gaze up at the sky above you from the blue at ground level. Not to be missed is the relaxing part of the program, for which comfortable loungers are already waiting on the terrace surrounding the pool. Don't forget to have your favorite drink at hand! On the covered terrace right next to the house you can chill out in the Hollywood swing - with the pool and any children splashing around in it in full view - or feast on delicious treats prepared on the grill in the small summer kitchen at the dining table or the rustic wooden table. The interior of the fully air-conditioned and underfloor heated villa is definitely not inferior to the beautiful outdoor area. Directly from the terrace you are already in the central area of the house, the living-dining room, which has been given a stylish setting here in the form of modern furniture and pleasantly cool colors. The open architecture gives the whole a pleasant touch of space, in which you will certainly find it easy to arrive and feel comfortable. The sofa area, which has everything you need for comfortable indoor hours with satellite TV and sound system (and a sleeping area for two additional guests if needed), is open and connected to the dining area via a corner. Also from here you have a beautiful view to the outside. Again, the spacious, trendy kitchen connects here, which is of course fully equipped and has a small extra seating area for two. Two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms en suite - one bedroom has an access to the outside - promise a heavenly night's rest on this floor, a practical guest toilet with washing machine completes the comprehensive living comfort. The upper floor offers three more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. From one bedroom you have access to the small balcony. In addition, there is a fitness room on this living level for those who want to stay in shape even on vacation.
