The great sea view villa is just 80 meters from the nearest beach. It is also only 2 km to the nearest supermarket in Rogač, 150-200 meters to a bakery and a café. The mainland can be reached via the ferry from the port of Rogač. The car ferry operates 5 times a day in high season. The second largest city in the country - Split - is 17 km away.
