Picturesquely nestled in the diverse landscape of the Croatian inland, this compact vacation home offers an ideal refuge for vacationers who are looking for relaxation in a rural environment, but at the same time want manageable distances to the beautiful seaside resorts of the varied coast. The extremely well-maintained property is equipped with partly old trees, which underline the Mediterranean flair of the natural stone villa, and the beautiful lawn is ideal for sunbathing. The biggest attraction of the outdoor area is of course the light blue shimmering pool, which fits perfectly into the area and is easily accessible via a side staircase. Here you can leave your everyday life far behind you, while you make a few moves through the 8 m long pool and after this wonderful refreshment let yourself be pampered by the Croatian sun on one of the ready wooden loungers. In order to devote oneself with leisure to the vacation reading or in order to take a light snack after the swimming, one makes it also with pleasure comfortably on the roofed terrace directly at the house, on which one can sit pleasantly shady. This spot is also perfect for communal outdoor meals, thanks to the doors to the interior of the house and the brick outdoor grill. The villa "Stellaria" presents itself in the interior with a successful spatial concept, whose design is peppered with modern elements and overall rustic-warm feel-good atmosphere. Special attention is immediately drawn to the different floor coverings - traditional compete here playfully with modern floor tiles, wooden floors create special comfort especially in the bedrooms. Pretty exposed beam ceilings complete the picture of the spacious living areas. On the ground floor, in addition to the cozy living room with direct access to the country kitchen, there is an inviting bedroom with en suite bathroom. If you feel like entertainment or the weather does not play along, just relax for a while on the sofa in front of the flat screen TV, chat via wireless DSL connection with friends at home or dream a little while looking into the fireplace - and meanwhile someone else might feel like using the fully equipped kitchen to prepare typical country delicacies. A staircase in the hallway leads from the entrance area to the upper floor. This level houses three more bedrooms as well as bathrooms in the same number, two of which are en suite. In a village-like rural location and at the same time only about 18 km from the city of Poreč, you may enjoy more at this location: the unspoiled nature of the Istrian countryside on the one hand and the proximity to the white pebble beaches of the Adriatic Sea on the other. It is only a stone's throw from the green hinterland to the coast, where a variety of bathing pleasures await you. Also very close, only 8 km away, is Višnjan, a town rich in history, where you can discover many small sights. Before you leave, don't forget to take an original Istrian souvenir from here, made by local craftsmen, which will remind you at home of the wonderful vacation moments spent in Croatia.
