Whether you choose one of the high-quality loungers at the mega-long pool, or find a chilled spot on the lawn and immerse yourself in your favourite book, or just let your gaze wander into the distance. Whether you enjoy a meal together, Basking in the jacuzzi or plunging into the romantic atmosphere on the high roof terrace - you will most likely not get enough of the dreamlike flair that surrounds your Croatian home. This villa can also score enormous points! The three very individually and all secluded bedrooms can be located on a total of three levels, here you can spend wonderfully quiet nights, before again enjoying the view from the window after waking up. Morning queues for the bathroom? Not here, because you can spread out in a total of five bathrooms. The heart of the house, the common living area, is located on the first floor. The cuddly corner sofa invites to convivial gossip and TV nights, right next door - only separated by a wide passage - is the dining area with a rustic wooden table ideal for family meals. It is only a short distance to the kitchen, which with its classic style and at the same time colourful design may inspire you to cook together. The sensationally beautiful nature of northern Istria - hills, sea, forest, picturesque towns - will, if you want to leave your beautiful luxury home in between, complete holiday dreams. Take, for example, a trip to the coast - which in only 29km away you would be there. Motovun (about 7km) is famous for film festivals, and culinary delights. In Livade, just 2km away, you will find a small supermarket for daily needs, as well as a restaurant for those days when you want to enjoy a good time. Larger stores can be found in Buzet (17km).
