But you are spoiled for choice: either the brick sofa with sumptuous cushions? The Daybed? The wooden loungers directly outside the house? Or maybe right near the pool? Even the hot tub with palm trees is attractive! Maybe try one at a time to find your personal favourite. The dining table with canopy on the terrace is waiting to be set by you once you have searched the local shops of Dalmatia for treats - but one thing is certain a fantastic view is waiting for you here too. One thing is clear: "Nick" wants to bring people to the beach and has reserved a private section for you. Just a few steps down and a short walk - and you can look for mermaid's right on the waterfront jetty. Whoever the Croatian sun does not give enough warmth too, then they can disappear into the small outdoor sauna and enjoy the exclusive sea views from there. The downstairs apartment in brown and white styles is set in a warm light. Clear shapes set the tone; colourful colour artifacts set bold contrasts. From the terrace you have access to a large room, which combines contemporary open living space for eating and cooking. The sofa which can also be used as a bed on which a 3rd person or a child could sleep easily - invites you to a cosy TV evening - or is it the sea view, which is free. The dining table with benches which is a short distance from the white fully equipped kitchen invites you to dine. At night, you can slumber to the bedroom, which has its own TV and dressing room. A stylish en suite white bathroom. The first floor is not rented, but rarely used by the friendly owner, which will not affect your privacy in any way. Zadar, just over half an hour away from the apartment Nick in Posedarje, offers an absolute highlight: the lively Old Town complex, located on a peninsula separate from the New Town.
